户外看起来是格栅、护栏、地板在组空间，实际承力的是背后的方管骨架。骨架没做好，表面再漂亮也撑不久。Outdoors it looks as if grilles, guardrails and decking make the space, but the square-tube frame behind them carries the load. 尺寸与壁厚Size and wall thicknessالمقاس وسماكة الجدار

方管的承载能力由截面尺寸和壁厚共同决定。跨度越大，需要的截面越大，不能只看外形。Capacity comes from section size and wall thickness together. The longer the span, the larger the section needed; appearance alone is not enough.القدرة تحددها الأبعاد والسماكة معاً، وكلما طال الامتداد كبر المقطع.

防积水Water sheddingتصريف الماء

方管最怕内部积水。端头要封堵，底部要留排水孔，横向构件要做微小坡度。这三点决定了骨架能用几年。Square tubes suffer most from water inside. Cap the ends, drill drainage at the low point and give horizontal members a slight fall. Those three decide how many years the frame lasts.أكثر ما يعاني منه المربع هو الماء الداخلي: أغلق الأطراف واترك فتحات صرف وأعطِ العناصر الأفقية ميلاً بسيطاً.

与面板匹配Matching the panelsالتوافق مع الألواح

方管间距要与地板、格栅的排布对应，否则面板的固定点会对不上。排板图和骨架图要一起出。Tube spacing must correspond to the deck or grille layout, or the fixing points will not line up. The panel layout and frame drawing have to be issued together.تباعد الأنابيب يجب أن يطابق تخطيط الأرضية أو الشبكة وإلا لم تتوافق نقاط التثبيت، فتُصدر الرسومات معاً.
