格栅墙板是最能体现施工水平的饰面之一。原因很简单：它的槽是通长的直线，任何一点偏差都会沿着整面墙累积、放大，最后在收口处暴露出来。Fluted panels show workmanship more clearly than almost any other finish. 第一步：放线，从中间起Step one: set out from the centreالخطوة الأولى: التخطيط من المركز

最稳妥的放线方式，是从墙面正中向两侧排。先量出净宽，算出需要几块整板、两边各留多少收口，在中间弹一条垂直墨线，然后从中线向两边铺。The most reliable layout runs outward from the centre of the wall. Measure the clear width, work out how many full panels fit and how much trim remains at each end, then snap a plumb line down the middle and lay outward from it.أفضل تخطيط يبدأ من منتصف الجدار: قِس العرض الصافي واحسب عدد الألواح والتشطيب المتبقي، ثم ارسم خطاً رأسياً في المنتصف.

这样排的好处是：累积误差会被引到两侧收口条的位置，而收口条本来就是现场量、现场切的，切割精度完全可以吸收这点偏差。整面墙的视觉中心始终保持对称。The advantage is that accumulated error is led into the two end trims, which are measured and cut on site anyway, so the cut absorbs it. 第二步：龙骨，双向找平Step two: levelling the battens in both directionsالخطوة الثانية: تسوية الركائز في الاتجاهين

因为槽是通长的，基层的平整度直接决定这条线"直不直"。用两米靠尺沿墙面检查，竖向和横向都要拉线复核。Because the grooves run continuously, the flatness of the substrate decides whether that line reads straight. 龙骨调平后，建议再拉一次通线整体复核。这一遍只花几分钟，但能避免装到一半才发现需要返工。Once the battens are levelled, run a single full-length line across the whole wall as a final check. 每块板都按标准公差生产，但多块叠加之后，毫米级的偏差仍会累积。行业通行做法是每装三到四块复核一次垂直度，发现偏移立即微调，不要等到整面墙铺完。Each panel is made to a production tolerance, but stacked together, millimetre deviations still accumulate. 大面积墙面的规范做法Standard practice on large wall areasالممارسة المعتمدة في المساحات الكبيرة

大面积墙面安装，按施工规范在四周与墙、地、天花的交接处预留 3–5mm 伸缩缝，再由收口条覆盖。这是硬质饰面板的通行做法，能让大板面在四季温差下保持平整，收口线条也始终笔直。On large wall areas, standard practice is to leave a 3–5 mm movement joint at the junctions with wall, floor and ceiling, then cover it with the trim. It is the accepted method for rigid cladding: the face stays flat through seasonal temperature change and the trim line stays true.في المساحات الكبيرة تُترك فواصل حركة 3-5 مم عند الوصلات بالأرض والسقف والجدار وتُغطى بالتشطيب، وهي الطريقة المعتمدة للألواح الصلبة.
