传统吊顶是板加龙骨：每块板要搭在龙骨上，板与板之间必须留出龙骨的位置。缝不是施工不到位，是结构要求的。A conventional ceiling is panel plus carrier: every tile rests on a carrier, so room must be left between tiles for it. 无框蜂窝大板把承托结构做进折边里。四边扣、双折边，板与板直接对拼，中间不再有露在外面的龙骨。The frameless panel builds its support into a folded edge. Four-sided clips with a double fold let panels meet directly, with no carrier left exposed.يحمل اللوح دعامته داخل حافة مطوية، ومشابك من أربع جهات تجعل الألواح تتلاقى مباشرة دون حامل ظاهر.

板幅越大越容易下垂。解决办法不是加厚，而是在两层薄板之间加一层结构。蜂窝芯由密集的薄壁空心单元组成，作用和工字梁腹板一样：两侧面板承受弯曲，中间芯层承受剪切。结果是重量轻、刚度高。The wider the span, the more a panel sags. The answer is not a thicker skin but a structure between two skins. A honeycomb core of thin-walled cells works like the web of an I-beam: skins take the bending, core takes the shear. 吊顶是挂着的东西，重量直接传到主体结构。蜂窝结构用最少材料获得最大刚度，同样板幅下远轻于实心板。旧楼改造尤其重要——原结构不用为新增吊顶重新核算荷载。A ceiling hangs, so its weight goes into the primary structure. Honeycomb achieves maximum rigidity with minimum material, weighing far less than a solid panel of the same face. 很多大板系统只能做方形。我们的蜂窝大板支持方圆造型：直线区用大板铺，转角与曲面单独定制。大堂、餐厅、走廊可以出现连续曲线，而不是被切成方格。Many large-panel systems only do square layouts.
